Account data (such as your name and email), the project content you submit, and usage and diagnostic data needed to operate the Service.
When you accept these terms at sign-up, we record that you agreed, which version you agreed to, the time, and the IP address and browser (user-agent) used, as a record of your consent.

To provide, secure, and improve the Service, to communicate with you about your account, and to meet legal and compliance obligations (including maintaining consent records).

We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers who help us operate the Service under appropriate obligations, and where required by law.

Organization and project data is isolated per tenant and protected by access controls. You can access only the data your role and organization permit.

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal obligations, including retaining consent records for their evidentiary purpose.
