These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ProjectNext.AI (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. This is a draft pending legal review and does not yet constitute final, binding terms. It will be replaced with attorney-approved text before commercial launch.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorized to bind the organization you register on behalf of.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all actions taken through your account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to access, disrupting the Service, or using it to violate applicable law or the rights of others.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the project data, documents, and other content you submit. You grant ProjectNext.AI the limited rights necessary to operate and provide the Service to you and your organization.
4. Plans, trials, and billing
Paid plans and trials are governed by the pricing and plan terms presented at sign-up or in your account. Trials may convert to paid plans as disclosed at the time you start them.
5. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an ongoing basis and may change over time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated and may require renewed acceptance.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Final disclaimer and limitation-of-liability terms are subject to legal review.
